- Ripe banana (heavy peeled, approximately) 300 g
- Egg L 2
- Honey 50 g
- Butter without melted salt 60 g
- Essence of vanilla 5 ml
- Apple or rice vinegar 5 ml
- Milk or vegetable drink 60 ml
- Whole spelled flour 150 g
- 100 g ground almonds
- Baking soda 6 g
- 4 g chemical yeast
- Ground turmeric (2 teaspoons) 5 g
- Ground cinnamon 2 g
- Ground black pepper (a pinch) 1 g
- 2 g salt
- Pistachios or nuts to taste 100

Preheat the oven to 180ºC and grease or cover with rectangular paper a rectangular mold about 22-25 cm long. Peel the bananas and weigh until you get about 300 g (more or less). Chapar with a fork in a medium bowl; we can crush them more or less, depending on whether we prefer to have some piece of whole fruit in the crumb.
Add eggs, slightly cooled melted butter, honey, vinegar, vanilla and milk, and beat with the same fork or rods manuals
