It is very easy to make a quick cake to satisfy sweet tooth palates, like this one cheese and mango pie, a different flavor to surprise diners.
The ingredients 1 sheet of broken dough, 1 tub of Mascarpone cheese, 1 mango or 1 and ½ depending on size, 4 large tablespoons of sugar (if you want it very sweet you can put more), 1 tablespoon of advanced sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder , 1 envelope (4 grams) of Pronagar, 1 finger of milk, 200 grams of chocolate fondant and butter.
The preparation Work the broken dough on a floured surface by spreading it with the roller. Spread a low mold with butter and place the dough inside. Cut the remaining dough.
Peel and chop the mango, mix it in a bowl with the cheese, the normal sugar and the vanilla and the cinnamon and crush with the blender. Heat the milk and dissolve in it the agar agar powder to pour it over the cream cheese and mango. Mix well and pour into the mold.
Place the cake in the preheated oven at 200º C until the dough is golden brown, then let it cool and then keep it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and paint the cake with it, let it cool and harden and enjoy.
