Individual curds of cottage cheese and sauteed strawberries. Dessert recipe

Custards are one of the most successful desserts and that we all make frequently at home. On this occasion, to vary a little, I have prepared some individual custards and sauteed strawberries That have been a success.

To make them individually, they have only five teaspoons each, I've used some silicone molds to make cupcakes and thus I have obtained a dessert in small size, to be able to enjoy it without regrets.

Ingredients for 10 small custards

  • 300 g of cottage cheese, (you can also use ricotta or mató cheese), 180 g of sugar, 200 ml of liquid cream, 160 ml of milk, 4 eggs, liquid caramel, 5 strawberries

How to make individual curds of cottage cheese and sauteed strawberries

In a bowl we put the cottage cheese and add the sugar. We mix it working with a fork for a couple of minutes. We incorporate the eggs, the cream and the milk and beat with rods until the liquid is very homogeneous.

We put liquid caramel in the bottom of the flaneras. Since the cupcakes were six, I distributed the rest of the dough into four traditional aluminum flannels. Do not be afraid to fill them enough because the cushes just increase in size.

We cook in a water bath in a preheated oven at 180º, for about 40 minutes. We tried to put a skewer or stick in 35 minutes and if it comes out clean, the custards are already made. Keep in mind that it will depend on the size and shape of the molds and the power of your oven.

To cover the flan, sauté for five minutes some strawberries cut into small squares in a pan with a stick of butter and we put a teaspoon of strawberries on top of each flan when we go to serve them.
