Toast the bread slices in the toaster or iron. If we do it on an iron, it is convenient to spread them with a little butter so that they do not burn, since this gesture also gives the bread toast an extra rich flavor.
We spread one of the faces of one of the slices with mayonnaise to taste, although I like to put a thin layer. On this we place the arugula washed and very dry, and on top the cherry tomatoes clean and thinly sliced with some salt sands.
Apart we cut the slices of bacon in half and we do on the iron, over high heat, until golden brown on both sides. We place immediately on the tomatoes, cover with the other slice of bread and serve immediately.
